How do I create a document template for my appraisal documents?
Document templates are incredibly useful for speeding up your appraisal process. You can create templates for different groups of staff (e.g. teachers, admin staff) and then specify which objectives those templates should contain. When creating a new appraisal document you can use these templates to preload the document with the objectives you specified earlier on. Once the document has been created you are then free to edit these objectives, delete any that are unnecessary or add new objectives to the form.
