Dashboard Development Points Explained
The development points section consists of a graph and table which show you all of the development points that have been set in your school and the categories that these fall into.
The pie chart counts how many development points fall into the various categories your school uses and is interactive. Click on a section of the pie chart to see another pie chart on the right that further breaks your development points into sub-categories (if you have used these as they are optional).
The table pulls through all of your school’s development points and using the ‘Actions’ button on the right hand side you are able to mark these as a priority, mark them as completed and add actions and attachments/files against them. This table is also interactive in that you can click on the table headings to sort by that column. If you right click you will have more sorting options, such as ‘Sort Ascending’, ‘Sort Descending’ and ‘Filter’.
The data in the table can be exported to Excel by clicking on the green XLSX button at the bottom of the table. When you try and open the file you may get a message that says something like ‘The file format and extension don’t match. The file could be corrupted or unsafe. Unless you trust it’s source, don’t open it. Do you want to open it anyway?’. Click yes.
