Why can’t I see all of my forms on the teaching and learning dashboards?

There are a few possible reasons for this.

The first is that the form type you have recorded hasn’t been set to show up in the statistics. This means that it will not display automatically on the dashboards and you will need to use the filters at the top of the screen to view it. You can change this option by logging in as an administrator and going to ‘Administration’ > ‘Teaching and Learning’ > ‘Form Types’. Click ‘Edit’ next to your chosen form type and make sure that ‘Include in Statistics’ is enabled.

Your school may have set up the system so that a particular form type is only set to show on particular dashboards. So if a member of the SLT says they are able to view it on the school dashboard but you are unable to see it on your subject dashboard, it may be that ‘Show in Subject Dashboard’ is disabled for that particular form type. If this is the case, you will need to ask your school administrator to change this setting or get in touch with our support team.

If neither of these solutions have solved the problem, it is possible that the form is still in draft. To amend this do the following:

On the top menu bar, click ‘Teaching and Learning’ followed by ‘View Forms’. The form will be under the ‘My Draft Forms’ tab if it is a form by you that has been saved as a draft or under the ‘Draft Forms in My School’ tab if it is a draft form added by somebody else. You can publish your own drafts by clicking ‘Actions’ and then ‘Publish’. ‘Draft Forms in My School’ allows you to view draft forms by other users, but you cannot publish them. You will need to ask those staff to publish their own draft forms.
